Once we have prepared your order, you will receive a tracking number, and from there you will be able to track it yourself.

International orders are shipped via UPS.
Moncollier is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may occur in the destination country. These costs will be borne by the customer, both for the shipment and for any possible returns.
During Black Friday, Christmas, or other special high-volume sales periods, delivery times may be delayed.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.

We ship to almost any country; domestically, with the exception of the Canary Islands, and internationally, with the exception of the UK.
You can make the payment using a credit card, Apple Pay, ShopPay, PayPal, or MONEI.
Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete the exchange in time.

Every time you place an order on our website you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, we recommend checking your SPAM mailbox.

Each order is delivered with its corresponding packaging. Orders containing jewelry include a fabric pouch and, for very delicate items, also a box.Handbags also come with a fabric pouch.We also offer the option to add a personalized message card, free of charge during the Christmas period.
Normally, we include more than one item per bag or box in our packaging. This allows us to optimize the weight and volume of your shipment. If you would like each piece of jewelry packaged individually in a box, you can add our special gift-wrapping option, which can be selected in the cart before checkout.
Additionally, you can include a personalized message that will be sent on a card made by us.
You can buy our products through the Glovo application (if you are in Barcelona, Madrid or near our area).
Moncollier Gift Cards are valid for one year.
Returns & Exchanges
The maximum period for making a return is 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order.In the case of a return, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply will be the responsibility of the customer.Exchanges are not accepted for special offers such as clearance items or 2-for-1 promotions; only returns will be accepted. For 2-for-1 promotions, the entire promotional pack must be returned.
Orders placed both in-store and on the website have a maximum period of 30 days for exchanges. Returns are only accepted for online orders; in-store purchases can be returned in the form of a gift card or exchanged for another product.
An order can be canceled, but you must contact us immediately by sending an email to hola@moncollierbcn.com to notify us so that we can process it before it is prepared. Once canceled, the full amount of the order will be refunded.
The period for making a return is 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order.It is essential that the products being returned are in perfect condition and show no visible signs of use; otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Moncollier in perfect condition.
If you have difficulty finding appropriate packaging, we suggest using the original box in which you received your order.If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return.
If a product arrives defective, you can send us an email at hola@moncollierbcn.com, attaching photos that clearly show the product so that we can assess it internally and provide you with a response as soon as possible.
Care and Materials
The jewelry is made of silver or brass, plated with 18k gold (0.25 microns) or flash gold.
JEWELRY: Considering the material, and even though they are of high quality, we recommend taking care of them to preserve the plating for longer. This means they should preferably not come into contact with water or liquids such as cologne, perfumes, acids, or hand sanitizer.
Nevertheless, the rate at which the plating wears off also depends on other factors, such as each person’s pH and perspiration.

Personalization
Once you have all the products you have to go to the cart (not to "buy now") just below your orders on the left, you will find a specially made text box to add any note you want. We will receive it together with the order number, so we will write it down and add it to the package.

Web
You can send us an email to hola@moncollierbcn.com telling us the order number and that you want to request the invoice. We will send it to you as soon as possible.
It’s super easy! To be notified when a product is back in stock, you’ll find the “Notify me when available” section on our website. You can enter your email there, and we’ll let you know as soon as it becomes available.
It is not necessary to register on the web to make a purchase, but it is necessary to provide them with information that is requested in the section "Make your order". In this way, we can contact you to answer your questions, notify you of the process of your order or contact you in the event of any unforeseen event or incident with it.
Once you have selected all the products you want to buy and you click to finalize the purchase, on the right side of the cart you will see a box to fill in (gift card or discount code/coupon), and once entered you have to give it use, to to apply.
Size Rings
You can find the sizes of the rings on our website, within the description of the same product.
These sizes correspond to the closed rings, but the open ones do not have sizes since they can be adjusted to all fingers.

Our store hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. On Saturdays, we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
MADRID
Our store hours are Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. On Sundays, we are open from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
We can store your order in store for as long as necessary, but we recommend that it not take more than 1 month.
