All orders from Grupo Moncollier SLU are subject to product availability. If any product is out of stock once the order is placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time, you will be able to modify or cancel your order.
Prices
Grupo Moncollier SLU reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the buyer the application of the price in effect at the time of order confirmation. The company is not obliged to compensate the customer after the time of purchase.
Prices in euros (€) include VAT for sales within the European Union.
All discount percentages communicated in our promotions refer to prices in euros. Discount percentages may vary when applying necessary currency conversions.
Sales to countries outside the European Union do not include VAT but may be subject to applicable taxes and duties.
All taxes, tariffs, and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer according to current legal provisions. The amount of these taxes varies depending on the country and the total invoice amount in euros. These taxes are borne by the customer upon receipt of the order.

Items given as gifts in special promotions and giveaways cannot be exchanged or returned.

Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example, if you purchase a jewelry item that was mistakenly offered at €1, Grupo Moncollier SLU reserves the right to cancel the order partially or completely, refunding the amount you paid.
10% Newsletter Discount
10% discount for new newsletter subscribers, redeemable on Moncollier brand pieces. The discount is valid for 72 hours from the date of newsletter subscription. It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or sales. The discount can only be used once per recipient, and in the case of a return, it will not be recoverable.
Warranty and Repair Policy
The headpieces and jewelry of Grupo Moncollier SLU are subject to the consumer product warranty conditions established by law.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or wear from use.
If a product has a problem due to a manufacturing defect, Grupo Moncollier SLU will replace or repair it.
To use the warranty, you will need the original purchase receipt. The Quality Department will determine whether the issue is covered under Moncollier’s warranty.
