  • Is it necessary to register on the web to make the purchase?

It is not necessary to register on the website to make the purchase, but it is necessary to provide the necessary data in the "Place your order" section. In this way, we can contact you to answer your questions, notify you of the process of your order or contact you in the event of any unforeseen event or incident with it.

  • What are the delivery times for my purchase?

We will inform you of the delivery process of your order by email. 

Moncollierbcn orders are made through the shipping company Correos Express. The cost of standard national shipping (up to 72 hours) is €3.50 and the cost of express shipping (24-48 working days) is €6.00.

International orders are made through different companies (depending on the destination) and their amount is €15-25. They may take a maximum of 15 working days to arrive. 

* Important: Orders of headdresses and hats may take up to 10 working days to be delivered. 

We are not responsible for possible delays that may arise from the Correos Express company.

You have 30 days to return your online purchase and request an exchange or refund. Customized products do not allow changes or returns.
