RETURNS

Orders placed both in the store and from the website have a maximum period of 30 days to make changes. Returns are only accepted on orders made online, in store it would be returned as a gift card or product exchange.

Moncollier will not bear the costs of the return.

Process:

  • Send an email tohola@moncollierbcn.com reporting the return, indicating: order number and the reason for it.
  • Send the product with its original packaging to the address, indicating the order number inside:
    • Moncollier C/ Madrazo 104 local (moncollier store) 08021 Barcelona
  • When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and we will proceed with the refund of the amount using the same payment method.

Important:

  • In no case will we refund the amount of the shipping costs.
  • We will not refund the amount of damaged or broken items that are not due to a manufacturing defect.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of party products and/or others (headbands, pamelas, hats, headdresses, ponchos and bags).

CHANGES

The deadline to change an item is 30 days from receipt.

The customer will bear the cost of shipping the product to be changed and Moncollier will send the new product free of charge.

Process:

  • Send the product with its original packaging to the address:
    • Moncollier C/ Madrazo 104 local (moncollier store) 08021 Barcelona
  • Send an email tohola@moncollierbcn.com reporting the change, indicating: order number, the new product and the address for the change.
  • When we receive the product, we will check that it is in good condition and proceed with the change.
  • The customer can make the change in the physical store.

At Moncollier we are demanding with things well done, so if any of the pieces is received broken or with a factory defect, please contact us athola@moncollierbcn.comand we will try to solve it.
